Es Moli – Rental Rates
Ask for last minute offer!! A refundable deposit is required which will be returned if no breakage or major damage has been done (15% of the rental price).
Please make sure you pay the bank transfer charges at your end or the correct amount of money will not reach us, also state your name and rental period you booked the house for.
Reservation and cancellation policy: A 20% deposit of the total sum is required to guarantee your booking. The final payment plus 8% VAT is due 1 month prior to arrival.

There is a special long term renting price in winter, of a minimum 3 weeks – maximum 2 months stay, 15% discount.
The rate includes a weekly cleaning, changing of sheets and towels for maximum 4 guests in Es Moli, a maximum of 5 guest in El Molinero, La Casita a maximum of 4 guests. For any extra guest there is an extra charge of €20. No extra charge for a cot. Electricity and gas is included as well as internet WIFI. There is a Refundable Deposit of 15% for any damage or breakage. There is an 8% VAT to be added to the final payment only. Son Roqueta takes a maximum of 10 guests and has a midweek 3 hrs maid service per every full week paid.

NOTE: Bank transfer costs are to be paid by you so that it is not charged from the rental amount. Also note that the name and address of the bank has to be written on the transfer as well as the correct account number and name otherwise there will be extra charges.
