Beaches

Platja d’en Repic

Platja d’en Repic is situated on the left side of carretera General if you come from Sóller, a town of about 12.000 inhabitants that gives the name to the Port. This beach is located on the pedestrian promenade with the same name, it is 250 metres long and 20 metres large, located in the same bay as the Port (“harbour”), it is not very crowded, and it is an urban beach with local visitors and tourists, with a pedestrian sea promenade, good parking areas and wonderful access for disabled people.
It is a natural beach with gravel and sand, quiet water and sometimes with the moderate Mediterranean breeze. Nearby there are breakwaters for boats, clearly marked with buoys, and it has its own wharf and jetties.
The facilities for the visitors include the ramps for disabled people, the presence of public telephones, showers next to the beach, and you can rent what you need for nautical and beach activities, as well as the flags and a tower for rescue, although the risk is low, it is a very secure beach and it is administrated by the municipality. The beach is cleaned every day.

Puerto Soller

The Port is situated at the end of the carretera General Sóller – Port; this beach is located next to Passeig es Traves, it is 800 metres long and 20 metres large, and it is not too crowded, with local visitors and tourists who know the area. The access by car and on foot as well as the access for disabled are excellent.
It is a natural beach with gravel and sand, quiet water and sometimes with the moderate Mediterranean breeze, not too steep slope and some water currents and torrents that flow into the sea, depending on the season. Nearby there are breakwaters, jetties, clearly marked with buoys.
The facilities for the visitors include the ramps for disabled people, the presence of public telephones, showers next to the beach, and you can rent what you need for nautical and beach activities, as well as the flags and a tower for rescue, although the risk is low, it is a very secure beach and it is administrated by the municipality.
