El Molinero - Rental Rates

A refundable deposit is required which will be returned if no breakage or major damage will be done (15% of the rental price).
Please make sure you pay the bank transfer charges at your end or the correct amount of money will not reach us, also state your name and rental period you booked the house for.

Reservation and cancellation policy: A 20% deposit of the total sum is required to guarantee your booking. The final payment plus 8% VAT is due 1 month prior to arrival.

There is a special long term renting price in winter, of a minimum 3 weeks – maximum 2 months stay.

The rate includes a weekly cleaning and changing of sheets and towels for a maximum of 5 guests in El Molinero. For any extra guest there is an extra charge of €20, there is no extra charge for a cot. Electricity and gas is included. The 8% VAT (value added tax) is to be added to the final payment only.

The cancellation charge is as follows:
We take no charge if you make your cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Less than 8 weeks (4-8 weeks) cost 20% of the total rental rate, the amount of deposit. Less than 4 weeks you will be charged the full price if we cannot rent the house before your date of arrival.
