Son Roqueta - Rental Rates

3 hour mid week Maid Service is included in the rate for every full seven days stay. A refundable deposit is required which will be returned if no breakage or major damage will be done (15% of the rental price).

Reservation and cancellation policy:
A 20% deposit of the total sum is required to guarantee your booking. The final payment plus 8% VAT is due 1 month prior to arrival.

There is a special long term renting price in winter, of a minimum 3 weeks – maximum 2 months stay.
3 hour mid week Maid Service per every 7 days stay.

The rate includes a weekly cleaning and changing of sheets and towels for a maximum of 10 guests in Son Roqueta. There is no extra charge for a cot. Electricity and gas is included. The 8% VAT (value added tax) is to be added to the final payment only. Son Roqueta takes a maximum of 10 guests and has 3 days maid service included per every full week paid. .

The cancellation charge is as follows:

We take no charge if you make a cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Less than 8 weeks (4-8 weeks) cost 20% of the total rental rate, the amount of deposit and less than 4 weeks cancellation notice is full payment if we cannot resell before the date of your arrival.
